We invite anybody interested in learning about and living a fit lifestyle to join. Members should be willing
to have an open mind as well as be willing to share their knowledge and experiences. A place to have fun, get fit and build
friendships.
Benefits of Joining
There are several benefits to becoming a member of our group. Our members become close friends and we have a great time
when we get together. Of course we also have a common interest, and we hope to educate and motivate/encourage each other to
